Had the responsibility of researching, developing and executing strategic marketing and
design plans for the entire company in order to attract potential customers and retain
existing ones. I worked with a cross-functional teams -both internal and external- of
designers, realtors, loan officers, copywriters, and social media experts, while insuring
direct communication with managing partners to implement needed platforms and
CRMs. This role did not require frequent travel. Only when needed. All operations were
held at the regional office in Amman.
Main designer for Food Processing Home-Based Businesses (HBBs). Worked with the
packaging consultant in order to understand and define the needs and requirements of
each HBBs group in terms of food type requirements and specific needs, nutritional
facts, branding, materials, designs, colors and shapes.
Worked with the HBBs groups on managing the packaging requirements, and upgrading
their ability to manage packaging sustainability. Provide awareness sessions in
coordination with the packaging consultant on how these HBBs can keep their designs
innovative and attractive.
Worked with the new targeted markets in order to include their special packaging
requirements in the new package concepts.
Created the packaging, branding, and labeling graphical design concepts.

Was responsible for leading RAONCALL creative team to develop creative guidelines
and company identity. Work included print collateral, website design, email and
newsletter campaigns, advertising, and social design related tasks.
Was responsible for design and design offices in Princess Sumaya University For
Technology. Was assigned earlier that semester to be IEEE Design Manager as well.
