Assist the company and contractor personnel in conducting operations and separate types of works in safe manner, minimizing the risk occurrence of incidents and consult the company and contractor personnel as required on HSE matter. Ensuring akk emplyees abidance and verify the maintained at workplaces HSE documentation its completeness and its compliance with the safety rules.
Managing directly with safety team who reported to me directly on day to day basis. My responsibilities included carrying out all duties of a HSE manager, working both in an office related safety capacity, carrying out daily work within a busy HSE department and on site, conducting audit on safe systems of work, plant and machinery and manpower, writing of safe system of work, procedures, report and review of method of statement, risk assessments, lifting plan, permits etc.
Plan work of subordinate staff in consideration of the type and of operations
Conducted on company units, as well as the actual situation and need for help in HSE matters at each particular units and to coordinate daily plan with department managers.

Organise inspections and if necessary, involve specialists from the other departments in support. Participate in inspection made by the company contractors and regulatory authorities, following the managers instruction, participate in plant commissioning
Conducting risk assessment, developing HSE plans and other relevant documents
Developing and maintaining system and procedures to identify and improve HSE performance.
Ensure that HSE training and instruction matters are provided
Liaison with external bodies such as enforcing authorities, legislative agencies etc.
Carrying out internal and external HSE audits of worksite and any contractors activities.
Participating in HSE investigation and reporting together with providing recommendations and corrective actions where required.
Providing support to ensure that non conformances, defect and deficiencies relating to HSE matters are reported and that corrective action is taken.
Establishing and maintaining effective communication system within departments and other external customers.

Replacement of Flow line project (ADM, STF, NTF line) KOC Kuwait.
Responsibilities
Implement and enforce safety policy and procedures of the client in the field of construction (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical) in the Oil and Gas processing for the underground piping project and Petro Chemical expansion project of polyethylene plant.
Reporting and investigating incident and accident occurrences.
Respond to fire incident, life safety and other related emergency and rescue operation.
Ensure that permits (Hot work, cold work, elevated work, excavation notification etc.) and safety Job Analysis are available in the worksite before the start of the work.
Conduct Inspection of hand tools and other equipment prior to the start of work activities.
Monitoring employees and contractors activities/safety performance in the field of construction, fabrication, civil, mechanical and electrical works for incident prevention purposes.
Encouraging and promoting safety awareness throughout the company plant construction, operation and maintenance.
Rendering advise guidance and information concerning Safety Health and Environment issues, existing and proposed legislative, codes of practice, industry standards etc., as well as procedures and organisation necessary to comply with them.

PPE requirements, monitoring employees and contractors safety awareness, conduct inspection and assigned fire watch during hot works, response to all type of emergency, conduct inspection of fire fighting equipment, fire protection and detection system.
Conducting fire fighting training and rescue operation.
Inspection and preventive maintenance of fire protection, fire alarm and emergency notification system.
Response to all type of emergency, ( GAS release, oil spill, confined space rescue, tank farm fire emergency, etc.), standby during loading and unloading of petroleum product in jetty, fire watch duty during hot work, maintain and inspection of deferent type of fire protection system, fire pumps and fire extinguisher.
Safety monitoring of contractors in the construction site and ensure that safety policies and program being implemented.
Standby duty during aircraft landing and take off.
Ensure that permits (Hot work, cold work, elevated work, excavation notification etc.) and safety Job Analysis are available in the worksite before the start of the work.
