Full time QS duties responsible for the preparation of measurement sheets and updating it based on actual site accomplishment.
Prepare necessary back-up for Interim Payment Application and discuss it with Client if needed.
Assist in preparation of Variation Orders including drafting of justifications and other supporting documents.
Office Engineer
Check all submittal of the Contractor from billing to progress reports and recommends to the Consultants Team Leader.
Oversee the implementation of the project as to its compliance to the Contract Documents.
Prepares communications and other correspondences to the Contractor and Employer.
OIC, Operations Division
Responsible in overall operations of the Project. Also serves as the Chairman of the Bids and Awards Committee, who oversee the procurement process of the office.
Head, Design Section
Assigned and monitor design works to designers.
Checked and review design works including AutoCAd drawings.
Irrigation Designer
Design irrigation and drainage structures and other appurtenant facilities.
Perform quantity and cost estimates.
Office Engineer
Perform quantity take off.
Prepare plans and drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepares spreadsheet program for costing for the project.
Completed all academic requirements (thesis writing is lacking to earn the degree Master in Civil Engineering)
