As the focal point of all IT-related issues, I receive voice calls from Aspire Zone employees having computer hardware and software issues. Trying to meet the Service Level Agreement set by our department, we try to resolve every issue within the first call. Escalating issues to On-site engineers for any replacement requests using the ticketing system provided by the company. I also entertain Walk-ins to have their issues resolved faster. I also do password reset for AD-related requests.
Working as an Information Technology Infrastructure Help Desk, I take responsibility in resolving hardware and software issues, AD password resets, following strict compliance to the process given by our Client. Working in a Business Process Outsourcing environment, I have been flexible in schedule shifting. The company is more on being Process-driven.
Resolving Hardware and Software issues for end-users. Providing extended warranties with accidental damage protection to the customers. Creating Trouble tickets for systems whose parts has to be replaced by an onsite technician from an accredited service provider and/or sending system to the depot for possible replacement of portable systems such as notebooks and netbooks. Promotion/Sales for Lenovo Products to consumers.
Troubleshoot all issues concerning Dell products ranging from Previous to latest model desktops, different Dell model Desktops and Dell model Portables (laptops). Troubleshoot wireless internet connectivity issues, positioning Total Solutions where we get to sell hardware parts and components as a part of the resolution especially if hardware limited warranty is expired or if customer wants to upgrade their system.
Interview, Assess would-be trainees and make sure they pass the qualifications, Giving training sessions for English as Second Language, Technical mostly in the field of Networking, Internet and Computer Hardware and Software.
Closing sales and acquiring plans for quantification and installation of electronic/sound equipment to be used for buildings such as paging systems, in-house music, camera surveillance system, fire alarm systems and other auxiliary systems required. Making preparations for the manpower to be used for the installation, termination and commissioning of any given project.
Opening Accounts in the banking industry for new and state-of-the-art Electronic Security and Surveillance Systems as well as Access Control and verification Systems. Assuring all of the client's needs for protection and security of his/her business is met. I also offer CCTV designs that can accommodate their present requirements.
