 Coordinate with Functional Managers and Executive Management for the Development and implementation of Quality and HSE management system manuals, procedures & Forms.
 Liaison with the Executive Management for the development of the company Operational Excellence program to enhance the company profitability and growth.
 Give awareness to Functional manager about the operational excellence and improvements program.
 Represent as Quality Management Representative of AZMWF during the audits by the external customers, certification bodies, and other agencies.
 Lead Auditor of Quality & HSE management system (1st Party and 2nd Party Audits).
 Preparation of audit report, & effectively closing of non-conformances and Corrective & Preventive actions by coordinating with process owners.
 Attending the pre-inspection meeting for finalizing the inspection and test plan of projects.
 Prepare the project quality plan as per project specifications and requirements.
 Supervise the incoming materials inspection to ensure the quality requirements have been fully met as per the design and purchase order requirements.
 Review the MTC of manufacturer for adequacy as per the applicable code and standard requirements.
 Surveillance the fabrication shop to ensure that qualified welders have been deployed for welding activities and approved WPS/PQRs have been used based on the projects requirements.
 Coordinating with Third party inspector and clients for closing client NCRs after agreeing the root cause analysis and corrective action plan.

 Preparation of project quality procedure like hydro test, Non-Conformance control, Materials Identification and trace ability, Materials preservation and Handling, as per the project specifications.
 Supporting the purchasing team for preparation of Inspection assignment package.
 Finalisation of all deliverable documents register for client approval.
 Schedule Q-Audits at project sites whenever requires.
 Estimating the Quality department annual budget for financial planning in fiscal year.
 Conducting training of employees for the awareness of policies and procedures quality management system.
 Annual performance evaluation of employees and giving recommendation to Managements for employee’s appraisal and developments.
 Man-power planning for deployment of Quality team for upcoming projects.
 Provide support for the cost estimation at bidding stage in regards to manpower requirements, NDT cost and inspections & test capabilities.
 Make summary of Quality Management system and present to executive management in Management review meeting for trend analysis and compiling the agreed recommendations.
