• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Purchase, Sales, Operations, and HR for accurate financial reporting.

• Support Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance analysis to track financial performance against targets.

• Coordinate with External Auditors during Audit Processes and ensure timely closure of Audit Queries.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and Global Reporting requirements.

• Support cash flow management, fund planning, and working capital optimization.

• Mentor Junior Accountants and oversee team deliverables to maintain reporting accuracy and timelines.

• Drive continuous Improvement Culture through Training, Feedback, and Best-Practice sharing.

• Prepare Daily Sales Report and report to Finance Manager & CEO.
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Prepare & presented financial statements in time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity by preparing Cash Flow Statement.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

• Managing daily accounting operations to ensure to that work process are implemented as designed and
comply with IFRS.
• Reconciliation of Accounts receivable and payable.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Identifying and documenting audit misstatements and assess these individually and cumulatively against
materiality.
• Supporting the auditing teams in their daily functions.
• Verifying company financial information.
• Preparing monthly Bank reconciliation statement.

• Preparation of process understanding of major processes in the business.
• Preparation of scope of Audit or special assignments and carry out the field work in line with the scope.
• Draft the report and prepare the working papers.
• Discuss the report with Audit Manager and then with client and present the required evidence.
