Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
Analyze and prepare documents needed for production and warehouse.
Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer / client expectation.
Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory in the warehouse.
Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding working efficiencies or additional information as requested from production, Customer Service and Accounting.
Record keeping of stocks and upcoming production plans and maintains stock reports for review
May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.
Prepare formal procedural guidelines for carrying out all administrative activities such as housekeeping, watch and guard, cleaning & sweeping, repair & maintenance, fire & security, telecommunication & courier and visitors & guests protocols and ensure their full implementation
Prepare budgets and define monthly quotas for office, kitchen, repair maintenance, generators and janitorial supplies etc.
Ensure on time payment of regular bills such as PSO, PTCL, Telenor, electricity, gas, water, Security Company, janitorial company, and postage etc.
Maintain physical inventory of stationery, kitchen and office supplies along with up dated stock ledgers
Prepare stock receipt/issue note, record them on stock registers and get them approved from Head of Department
Prepare monthly consumption report of all sorts of supplies at the month end and present to Head of Department
Maintain detailed record of all agreements related to building, generators and vendors etc.
Prepare schedules for generators and vehicles maintenance and monitor it
Ensure insurance claim and repair work in case of vehicle accidents
Check and verify official use cars log books
