Interaction with ticketing tools like Remedy force, Salesforce & IBM Maximo Helpdesk, and Asset Management. Provide daily support/administration to multiple users. Experience in Monitoring, performing health checks, installing patches and upgrading hardware. Hands on experience in Computer Maintenance, System Administration & Network Support. Job Role & Deliverables: Comprehensive background in the installation, upgrades, configuration, rollout, and support for hardware and software. Experience working on virtual Infrastructure, vSphere client and setting up ESX in the virtual environment. Responsible for maintaining Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Servers, Print Server & Deploying hotfixes Updating Symantec definitions and maintaining Symantec servers. Working with regional infrastructure teams to implement /execute change requests. ̣̣̣ Experience in installing monitoring and maintaining computer network systems. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and web application security. Strong experience in system, engineering and problem-solving. Taking System backups and Server Backups. Installation and configuration of windows and Red Hat Linux Servers and Workstations. Provide support for configuration and troubleshooting of various Email clients like MS Outlook, office 365, Symantec enterprise vault and Veritas. Troubleshooting with Windows and Linux Installing and configuration Retail POS machines.  Installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Navision Software Installing and supporting automotive web-based software’s. Installing and configuring Retail devices, POS machine ’s, receipt Printer’s ex (HP, NCR, Symbol, Zebra, Pathfinder & Motorola Provide Application level support like installation of various software’s and troubleshooting Implementing and configuring the corporate LAN environment. Experience in Retail Systems and Software. Cloning imaging and deployment system using Clonezilla. SAP Installation & Configuration. Enterprise mobility management VMware Air watch intelligent hub support devices IOS & Android. Group Policy management, Installed and configured infrastructure management systems and other software.  Evaluation, testing, and implementation/integration of new technologies. Provide Application level support like the installation of various software and troubleshoot. Using remote tools to troubleshoot the issue like RDP, MSRA, VMRC, Any Desk & Team viewer Interaction with vendors and service providers. Installation of VPN software’s and configuring clients. Troubleshooting local LAN problems and WAN connectivity problems in Co-ordination with N/w Support team. Managing and monitoring network and systems infrastructure Handle the tasks of supporting, troubleshooting, testing and monitoring software, and hardware related issues. Experience in troubleshoots and resolved moderate system services issues and OS-level issues. Installing and Configuring Software is in Linux. Installation and configuration of Red Hat Linux ES Servers and Workstations. Installation and configuration of VMware ESX server. Creating new virtual machines. Interaction with ticketing tools like Remedy, Salesforce, IBM Maximo and asset management. Install and configure ESXi vCenter Server components.
