General Operations
1. Planning implementing, controlling and monitoring, the operations of project, according to standard business format

5. Work towards increasing access and sustainability of services
Project Management:
1 Maintain and strengthen a functional network between community commodity suppliers and community health providers and private health providers for supply of contraceptives and other required commodities
3. Strengthen and enhance liaison with government and non governmental stakeholders
4. Reviewing project’s performance and preparing strategies to improve achievement of objectives and performance indicators in consultation with AMO
5. Undertaking appropriate and timely decisions/strategies for underperforming accredited Private providers in consultation with AMO
6. Ensuring effective implementation of training plans for PPs, CHPs and Pharmacists.
7. Effectively manage and maintain all fixed assets and records as per policy and guidelines
8. Setting and reviewing short term and long-term targets along with AM
9. Reviewing projects’ performance and preparing strategies to achieve project sustainability before the end of the project.
10. Implementing marketing plans, suggesting improvement and monitoring its implementation at the project.
11. Responsible to submit reports (project related, financial) in a timely way to the AMO.
Administrative

1. Ensuring those monthly reports and other required data is accurately and timely prepared and submitted to the regional office/support office in Accordance with given guidelines and requirements.
2. Documenting, preparing and arranging logistics for annual activities, mid-term reviews and end of the project reviews by donors and their representatives
3. Ensure field medical & contraceptive supplies, equipment, IEC, stationary and related requirements are promptly fulfilled
4. Assessing annual requirement and ensuring timely supplies of IEC material and others.
5. Ensuring effective liaison with the government, NGO’s, and other agencies with respect to RH and relevant activities at the project.
6. Arranging and facilitating the visits of donors, partner organizations, and the head office team.
Quality Assurance
1. Ensuring quality services and consistently planning for enhancing quality and effectiveness.
2. Facilitating MDT, QA team visits and Audit for internal/external evaluation
3. Ensure compliance with client satisfaction indicators based on gender and rights-based approaches and as per guidelines
4. Promptly follow up on customer/client satisfaction feedback with timely corrective action
5. Follow up with timely corrective action on technical quality based on Monitoring/Audit team’s assessments, grading and recommendations while maintaining the high quality standards to all protocols
6. Oversee compliance of services with the government quality standards/protocols where applicable/required
Monitoring
1. Monitoring the project activities through internal audits & clinic-scans and through regular personal visits to the PPs, CHPs and Pharmacies

2. Facilitating the internal and external auditors and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
