Hair Care Plant - Port Qasim Plant Karachi

as a Project PC&IS Leader for overall project.

Current Responsibilities
As local resource was responsible for Installation of power control and information systems in new Hair Care project, includes Utilities, Making, Packing and Facilities.

a. Design Reviews :-
Worked with several OEM’s including Rockwell, Descon, Morimatsu, Schneider and others to ensure design comply with P&G standard based on Electrical Safety, Process Safety and Isolation of Hazard Energy also need to make sure about 100% coordination b/w all OEM’s by defining clear boundaries and zero miss.

• Review Making SCADA system based on Rokcwell and wonderware platform.

• Form field instrumentation till server’s configuration - closely worked with Rockwell to bring modification in global standard according to Pakistan design.

• Reviewed VMware base virtualization with Hypervisor and SAN based technology.

• Worked with different OEM in packing to bring UPACK technology at packing line.

• Worked with different OEM’s and reviewed more than 50 MCP and control panel for this project.

• Responsible to provide power and communication till several OEM’s skid in utilities.

• Create BMS design strategy and generate reporting and trending for all LEED required critical parameters.

b) VAT / SAT :-
Participate in different OEM VAT / SAT to make sure supplier construction / configuration was as per design, tried to bring plug and play system for safe startup and reduced engineering construction time.

For all type of Loops Analog & Digital, From PID Tuning to Digital switches, & from field end logic to software end logic, Test all types' loops & ensure system efficiently.

Condition Monitoring Systems
Via Amp & Temp Monitoring system & Ensure on time alerting to Mechanical / Process Team before equipment / Process failure, keeps monitoring Motors efficiency.

Scheduling maintenance
For Electrical Control Panels & Controlling Equipments via SAP - PM system and Lead from assigning task to proper operation startup.

Spares Management
Ensure 100% critical spares availability in store room.

Calibration Management: Create & Lead calibration system & ensure 100% completion adherence against planed ensure 0% process loses due to equipment controlling.

Lead as PC+IS resource in any simplification / capacity increment Initiatives: Lead from designing end to proper execution & ensure 100% safe operation.

Capability Building for PCIS Juniors: Create trainings & training plan & ensure 100% adherence against scheduled training.

Lead break down studies: Lead & engage whole PCIS team for 6w-2H, Usage gap assessment, why-why & other tools to find out proper root causes & ensure this break down shouldn't occur again.

Repair & Maintenance Lab: Lead proper arrangement of Tools, Equipments, & ensure reasonable amount availability of consumable material. Proper arrangement of controlling system circuitry to check any initiative in lab before implementation in field

Commissioning Experience: • Participate in F&HC Plant installation / Commissioning at Port Qasim Karachi Pakistan, & play a key role in software / field Instruments to Panels Installation & commissioning.
Performed yellow lining test, ensure quality terminations.
Also participate in mini capacity increase project startup at Cairo F&HC Plant Egypt.
