1. Manages all functions related to Trade operations and serves as a primary liaison and client service team.

1. Preparation of all export documentation - Pro Forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading instructions, Shipment Advice, Beneficiary Certificates, Bill of Exchange, Acceptance Letter. 2. Checking and advising amendments in Export Documents - LC, Bill of Lading, Invoices. 3. Closely monitoring all shipments and notifying buyer about ETD and ETA dates. 4. Payments follow up with buyer and instructing suppliers for release of goods. 5. Maintaining healthy relation with all buyers and suppliers of ourorganization. 6. Preparing quarterly reports of sales profit and cost analysis reports. 7. Maintaining physical files of all records of sales and archive them for future references. 8. 8. Post Shipment Documentation: Receiving set of post-shipment documents from forwarders and preparing set of documents for each consignment to be sent to the Accounts department.
