 Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, and deliver comprehensive MIS reports to support management decision-making.
 Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate Finance, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of business processes.
 Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning activities, cost monitoring, and cash flow planning initiatives to support business objectives.
 Credit Control & Working Capital: Manage working capital and the receivables portfolio, implementing effective credit control procedures to reduce overdue receivables, shorten collection cycles, and maximize cash flow availability.
 Audit & VAT Compliance: Coordinate annual statutory audits and manage auditor relationships while overseeing UAE VAT and Corporate Tax calculations, timely return filings, book reconciliations, and statutory regulatory compliance.
 Internal Controls & Governance: Strengthen internal accounting controls over petty cash parameters, supplier disbursement flows, and commercial invoicing processes to improve financial accuracy and control effectiveness.
 Procurement & Vendor Management: Develop supplier evaluation systems and coordinate procurement activities with vendors to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
 HR Administration & Payroll Management: Supervise end-to-end HR administration and monthly payroll processing through the Wage Protection System (WPS), including salary file preparation, employee records, leave administration, visa coordination, and compliance documentation.
