Provide all recruitment, Staffing & administration support for National & International Office
Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction
Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
Handle Leaves processes and queries
Assist in the Policy documentation
Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained
Liaise with payroll
Compensation and benefits administration administer the probationary review periods Staff welfare and counseling, solve conflicts
Maintain and develop the personnel filing system
Manage the time in & Out along with absence recording system
Provide HR administration support to the Accounts Manager
Involved in recruitment, orientations to newly join employees.
To collect resume as per organization requirements, short list and arrange interviews of selected candidates Recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Documentation, filing, & hiring.
Lead team of Quality Assurance Department.
Conduct Survey of different Pharmaceutical & Consumers companies. Making Relation with Customers & Stake holders, customer Services.
Reporting to Group Manger Human Resources
Develop and execute sales proposals
Make presentations to clients over the phone and close sales
Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
