Hands on experience in trouble shooting both Hardware & Software related problems.
Installation, Configuration and Backup of Email in Microsoft Outlook.
Strong knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Router/Switch monitoring and installation.

Liwa School CCTV Project: Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of 80 IP CCTV Dome Cameras and 2 Hikvision NVR Devices, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of CCTV Cameras and NVR devices in Liwa Boys School on ground floor and first floor Class rooms.
Afaq Midical Center Server Project: Installation, Configuration and Scaling of Windows Server 2016 Domain Services, on Dell PowerEdge R230 with RAID 1 and 5, DHCP and DNS Services Installation and Configuration, Users and Groups Creation, configuration of Security policies and group polices on user Data folders, 40 workstations domain joining, and User login with their domain Username and password.

Administer Windows user accounts in Active Directory
Manage the network connectivity (patch cables, switch and router infrastructure)
Basic networking experience (TCP IP/DNS/DHCP)
