• Developed connection between VB.net and KepWare OPC Server / RSLinx OPC Server, So that store the data in the Database from the available tags in the KepWare Server / RSLinx OPC Server, that is coming from PLC.
• Designed network architecture to take the data from various OPC servers running over the HMI servers and developed OPC client in VB.Net to fetch data from OPC servers and making this data available to RTPS (Real Time Process Simulator)
• Successfully Integrated RTPS with the SCADA system of Blast furnace to enhance the monitoring of various operations and phenomena of Blast furnace.
• Designing and developed GUI Model for various Calculation Parameters like Bosh Gas Volume, Raft, Kinetic Energy, Heat & Material Balance, Gas Utilisation Factor, Basicity, Direct Indirect Reduction, Deadman Temperature, Deadman Cleanliness Index, Sulphur Partion Ratio, 1-D Raceway Model etc in Visual Basic and VB.Net.
• Developing connection in VB and .Net to fetch the data from database and making it available to the real time GUI & in the form of Graph.
• Associated with R&D team to enhance the blast furnace productivity and reduced the coke rate using optimized PCI injection by monitoring various outputs of RTPS and taking corrective actions.
• Prepare daily reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities
• Designed & Developed Real Time Graph for the incoming data from the Blast Furnace in Visual Basic and VB.Net.
• Developed DLL in C/C++ code for various Process Calculation Modules.
