Ensure smooth running of the Wireless Local Loop, Enterprise Data/VOIP Core and access Networks by analyzing the system performance and alarm statistics as per the defined KPI in Telecard Network Operations SOP, and taking proactive measures accordingly.
Corrective Maintenance, Spares Management, System Backup and Preventive maintenance of Telecard WLL Core network entities like Lucent 5ESS switch, ECP, IMS Ring, FMMAP, IN (Surepay) and VAS network elements ( eCS, eMRS, eSM, SMSC, RCMS), ZTE (ZXC10) MSC, HLR and IN.
Load, Apply and Commit Hot slides, SU, BP, CRAFT and RETROFIT for different problems and upgrades in Lucent and ZTE network.
Coordination with the vendors and service providers for existing and new system.
Develop and maintain enterprise documentation SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for WLL (Wireless Local Loop) and VOIP (Voice over IP ) core Network operations and maintain architecture diagrams to ensure standard Network configuration methods and rules are implemented.
Network Design, configuration and troubleshooting of LUCENT 5ESS, ZTE, Cisco Routers, Switches, ASA for enterprise VOIP network.
Configuration, troubleshooting and Support Core CISCO Routers 7200 VXR, 3640, 2911, 2811, 1841 and Cisco L3 switches 3750, 3560 G, 3550 as a backbone and connected with Catalyst 2960, 2950.
Configuration and troubleshooting Technologies like FR, BGP, IGP, VLANs, HSRP, Etherchannel, PVST.
Traffic shaping, Route Filtering, Security implementation, QoS implementation on Cisco Routers and Switches.
To Manage Zone based firewall, NAT, PAT, IPsec /SSL VPNs on Cisco Firewall ASA 5505 and 5540.
Managing and configuration ASDM, CPM, Syslog Server and Network Monitoring system
Ensure maximum reliability through eliminating single points of failure.
