Defining a Scope of Project both internal and external including RFP, Deliverables, Time lines and Budgets.
Handling over head projects by negotiating with both stake holder and team members.
Being a man in the middle hence managing relationship with team members, managers of other departments and stakeholders by proper communication and visibility. Also a strong communicator to technical and business users.
Planning projects by maintaining a living and continuously updated documents and tracking progress.
Controlling the process using Agile methodology and the same time keep looking for ways to improve the process.
Summarizing reports from team members and submit a meaningful weekly report.
Aware of new and upcoming technologies and same time comfortable with current technologies.
Identifying circumstances to dive in and take development tasks when required.
Letting the developers be part of QA Team in-order to get into the root cause of test failure.
Maintaining a good release management before a new version is rolled out.
Managing team size by recruiting or down sizing based on requirements or circumstances.
Establishing and maintaining a healthy relationship with business vendors.
Design, develop and implement applications on various web technologies by working out as a team or individually so as to satisfy customers as well as the organizational needs
Implementation, configuration and administration in LAMP environment.
Designing database.
Developing and integrating 3rd party APIs and custom modules.
Monitoring and reporting website analytics, email marketing analytics, html/xml sitemaps and others.
Actively developing and maintaining a database of job seekers, recruiters, clients and e-commerce email newsletter subscribers through both online and offline solicitation.
Leading the web development team.
Attending client meets and understanding their requirements and to support their queries as a technical expert for the product.
Creating pixel perfect and clean HTML.
Creating server side programs using PHP/MySQL.
Building business portals and intranet websites using Frame works (Wordpress, Joomla).
