Presently implementing a three-year USD $67 Million Sustainable Energy for Pakistan (SEP) Project of USAID. Under SEP project, I have provided engineering and project management expertise in conducting post-project analysis of USAID implemented Advanced Metering Infrastructure Projects and in the development of Smart Grid Integration testing lab project; designed to improve governance, financial management and operational efficiency of State-owned electricity distribution companies (DISCOs) of Pakistan.
• Assisted in defining project scope and objectives and ensuring project technical feasibility.
• Established project scope and time baselines, monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
Conducted 150hrs of “Enterprise Project Management” workshops for the effective understanding of Project Management framework, tools and techniques using Microsoft® Project 2013 for the class of professionals in different industries. These workshops enable the participants to analyze and plan project resources, budgets, and schedules.
Provided project planning expertise to TSC as a short-term consultant for their construction project with Serena Hotel - Faisalabad, with the preparation of Project Schedule, preparation of Monthly and Weekly work plans and progress reports, coordinating with the site execution team for evaluating project performance and recommending actions for on time completion.
LMKT is an Information technology company and is one of the leading ICT service providers of Pakistan. At LMKT, I have driven high-quality completion of ICT, systems engineering, software development and enterprise wide implementation of projects budgeted up to USD $1 Million. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. Coordinated all aspects of projects elements; set deadlines, assigned responsibilities and, conducted project meetings and delivered presentations. I was awarded Employee of the Quarter (Q3-2017).
• Developed project charter, project management plan, and project scope, time and cost baselines.
• Performed a stakeholder analysis; identified and managed project risks; documented issue logs and change requests.

Provided consultancy services in the development of product business case including business opportunities, documenting business prerequisites for a solution and identifying risks and issues for the engineering solution. Basic responsibilities included: technology research/analysis, cost analysis and estimating and develop value-added propositions and proposal writing.
Worked with International Resource Group (IRG), an Engility Corporation, on USAID Power Distribution Program (PDP) for Pakistan. PDP was a five-year USD $218 Million program, designed to facilitate improvements in Pakistan’s nine government-owned electric power distribution companies (DISCO) through different interventions. The main responsibility assigned was to assist in the introduction of latest ICT technologies like GIS and AMI projects. Coordinate with DISCOs for project design and project implementation, imparting training, and conducting procurement. I have been Awarded Employee of the Year (2014).
• Supervised daily job activities of site engineers and ensured activities are performed on time and contributed to post-implementation reviews and formal closure of the project.
• Prepared project schedules, evaluated project performance and produced statistical reports.
• Assisted in performing project risk analysis and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for project progress monitoring.
• Developed Project Specific Quality Plans and conducted regular field inspections to ensure project compliance
• Participated in the preparation of engineering tender documents and evaluated Bids/Proposals of more than $30 Million (USD) including technical and financial proposals as a Bid Evaluation Committee (BEC) Member.
• Conducted workshops and on job training sessions on energy management for the capacity building of 600 technical officers of Power Distribution companies which enhanced the skillset of the participants.
