Leading multinational onshore rotating equipment maintenance team consisting forty engineers and technicians.
• Commissioned and successfully started up GE Frame 6 GTs, ACMTC Turbo-expanders, GE NP steam turbines; GE Thermodyn compressors, Sundyne, Flowserve & Weir Gabbioneta centrifugal pumps, Ingersoll Rand air compressors at sour oil and gas treatment facility.

Monitored rotating machine performance and made analyze for proactive intervention. Supported operation and maintenance team with equipment safe operation and HAZOP review. Led the investigation and troubleshooting activities on complicated issues. Developed minor design change to rotating machines and its auxiliaries. Reviewed maintenance contracts in technical point of view. Created major rotating equipment overhaul plans. Completed bill of materials creation to rotating machines and their auxiliaries. Supported the spare parts stocking and lubrication management strategies.

Roles and responsibilities:
Inspection received high energy rotating equipment packages and controlling installation at site and commissioning. Actively involved in installation Siemens compressor, 2.5 MWT BB5 pump, RB 211 aero derivative gas turbine. Support site maintenance core team with technical queries, spare part issues, equipment failure investigation and troubleshooting.
Position: Mechanical Equipment Preservation & Commissioning Lead Technician.
Responsible for rotating equipment. Inspect equipment, check condition. Leaded GE Thermodyn compressor bundle pull out for preservation and Voith Vorecone gearbox upgrading activities with OEM FSR. Coordinated rotating equipment preservation and de preservation activities.

Position - Mechanical Commissioning Junior engineer
Control construction works
• Control of all works over survey of the equipment and all works connected with debugging for the further continuation of commissioning. To inform advisors and engineers on commissioning on all discrepancies in the equipment which are found out on a site.
• To spend detours on check safe project of the equipment and to mark sites with incorrectly installed equipment or insuficient access necessary for servicing.
• To spend the control over storage of the equipment and to participate in check of correct preservation of all equipment and marking all discrepancies.
• Periodically spend informal detour on site for acquaintance with installation of equipment and mark sites on which is what or malfunctions or discrepancies in installation.
To spend works on pre-commissioning/commissioning and start of equipment.
• To participate in 90% and 100% detours. Actively participate in detours, specifying on sites with wrong installation of equipment.
• To participate in carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works according to the confirmed Maintenance Group by procedure of commissioning and necessary verifying sheets on commissioning the mechanical equipment.
