In charge of managing the regional Infrastructure Operations such as Cloud Management, Virtualization, Big Data, High Availability, and Business Continuity; as well as the Enterprise Business Applications including a comprehensive ERP (Microsoft AX) & CRM Solutions, Warehousing Management Solution (Infor), Business Intelligence and Mobility Solutions.
Accomplishments
o Acquired, implemented and customized systems, software, networks and applications to meet a broad cross-section of business, financial, manufacturing, engineering, HR and organizational requirements.
o Collaborated on financial and operational audits of technology assets with emphasis on strengthening quality, upgrading network security, expanding risk assessment capabilities and controlling user access.
o Designed initial network infrastructure including multiple VLANs, TCP/IP scope, DNS, telecommunications system, servers and network printers. Concurrently, increased performance uptime from 80% to 99.99%.
o Reduced IT Operational Expenses by 9% through challenging recurring cost, building a center of competencies and while improving the environment through Technical & Business Solutions projects.
In charge of leading and executing several multi-million dollar business solutions projects such as Front Office CRM (Activewhere & RMA) and Back Office ERP (Microsoft AX) Standardization & Unification for all the 19 Markets across the entire Zone, emphasizing on Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Customer Service. In addition to managing multiple Infrastructure projects related to Data Center, Virtualization, VoIP and Network Security projects.
Active member of Nestle Group Corporate IS/IT Steering Committee, assisted in establishing the Zone IS/IT strategy, combining Front Office Solution, Standardized ERP Solution and a reliable IT Infrastructure.

Accomplishments
o Standardized Template for ERP Distribution Application in AOA Zone for all new markets (Green Field)
o Standardized CRM solution across all AOA markets covering Sales, Marketing, Finance, and distribution.
o Centralized all incoming requests from the managed 19 markets in regards to IS/IT Issues and became a knowledge hub to all BI matters as well as Nestle Standard Guidelines.
o Prepared the NWAOA IS/IT Audit Template as well as all IT Policies & Procedures.
Responsible for ensuring partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. Improve the structure and efficiency of an organization’s IT systems by selecting the most suitable architecture design, in accordance to their RFP’s, RFQ’s & BOQ’s.
Provided strategic guidance to organizations with regard to technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT. Conducted data extraction, analysis, and security reviews while acting as a liaison with IT business partners to ensure full understanding of data flow, data integrity, and system security.
In charge of sizing configuration, installation of servers’ hardware for services like web, mail, domain, DNS/DHCP, proxies, storage, clustering, billing, and in-house applications.
Installation of OS and required service packages, updating and maintaining OS and software to the latest releases, and patches. Implemented security tools and practices across servers and applications/services, while ensuring configurations and data backup of services and implementing recovery from disaster.
