Responsible for the Quality, Service, Cleanliness in the restaurant. Supervises and motivates crew, manage their schedule during the shift and the distribution of work. Manage cash handling and make sure that sales target are achieve at the end of shift. Oversees the external customers and the service team on how they do their task. Make sales report and check the food inventory.
