Inspect and ensure all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning and ensure the setting up of safety procedures for the same
Ensure that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the commissioning
Hands on leadership of a team of commissioning discipline engineers and technicians in carrying out Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning & Start-up activities for the HVAC System & Plumbing System
Identify requirements and scope of work, review specifications, drawings and other documents of the project and establish applicability to the scope of work
Carry out a detailed assessment of the commissioning work involved and assess the available resources and possible constraints in its execution
Ability to review contractual documents and identify project requirements and constraints / risks
Ensure that the relevant permit to work is in place prior to commencement of work
Executing commissioning activities within budget and schedule
Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures / investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults / troubleshooting / providing technical support
Prepare various strategies for planning activities for the projects. (Checked/submission of Shop-drawings, Material Submittals, Installation Status/Progress, Commissioning of MEP System and Handing Documents). Plans and Schedule for all project delivery.
Check & review the material submittal, method statements, shop drawings & test reports that are related for the testing & commissioning activities if it meets the project Specification/Requirements, Local Authority, National Standard & ESTIDAMA requirements.
Site inspection & witnessing the Testing & Commissioning of the MEP System’s.
Ensuring the safe testing & commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary performance in accordance with the project
Coordinating & conducting meetings with the contractor for the improvement of their workmanship on site prior for the testing & commissioning
Checked & approved the MEP commissioning activities on site as per the required data’s & specification
Give suggestions & recommendation to the contractor for installation improvements
Attend & conduct meeting with the contractor to meet the ESTIDAMA project requirements
• Overall in-charge in installation of Mechanical works, knowledge in planning and scheduling of project activities. In-charge in handling staff in their day to day activities in site. Sees to it that all project deadlines are being met. Manage all mechanical works in excavation to testing and commissioning of mechanical system prior to turn over to the owner. Ensure that all installations are based from the project requirement and specification. Analyze project status for better and economical profit of the company. To implement all relevant HSE policies, processes, procedures and instructions, to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to myself and others, to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment .
• Manage and supervise the 3rd party for their testing & commissioning of systems in the project.
• Assist the site engineers in their installation of the system, in ducting and piping, for better commissioning of the system. Giving reports and propose improvements on how should the system be installed.
• Do pre-commissioning in a system prior for final commissioning, to ensure that the system is ready or its installation is complete
• Check test packed to be submitted to the consultant.
• Training and conduct orientation to the subordinates so that they could also gain some knowledge.
• Analyzed and study the system before proceeding to the site for actual condition

•Carry out Project Management & control functions including Construction Supervision, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination, and Project execution completion within the agreed cost & time frame, exactly meeting the intended objectives, especially for items pertaining to Mechanical discipline. Also, to ensure that plant and new projects constructed / installed, tested, commissioned & handed over, in line with best world-class practices and standards, Project specifications, good engineering practices & approved designs, ensuring highest HSE & quality Standards,
• Plan and execute work in the earliest possible time
• Assist the site engineers in their installation of the system, in ducting and piping, for better commissioning of the system. Giving reports and propose improvements on how should the system be installed.
• Study and supervise the project on how to accomplish it on the earliest possible time.
• Conduct audit report on the project especially materials used to finish and maintain its cost in most economical way
• Analyzed and study the system before proceeding to the site for actual condition.
• Do pre-commissioning in a system prior for final commissioning, to ensure that the system is ready or its installation is complete.
• Coordinate to other department if the system is having some problem, to resolve issues’ that might cause the delay of deadline to finish the work
• Preparing test packed to be submitted to the consultant.
• Training and conduct orientation to the subordinates so that they could also gain some knowledge.

• To inspect installations and run performance tests to ensure that all systems are integrated and working together.
• To review all the facilities and systems to verify in detail that each operates correctly and safely, independently and in conjunction with other systems. This ensures that the building will be ready for occupancy.
• To makes sure that all system installations are done according to requirements.
• To coordinate schedules and facilitate communication among the designers and contractors involved in the building construction. This is important because the installation of different types of systems involves professionals in specialized trades working independently of one another.
• To attend design, construction and qualification meetings; confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; and prepare commissioning progress reports for management, the client.
• To involve developing written test procedures and coordinating, witnessing and documenting start-up and functional tests.
• And finally ensure a fully functional turn-key building for the owner.
• Supervise operations team
• Responsible for the day to day smooth operation of MEP systems and facilities
• Responsible for corrective & preventive maintenance of the MEP installations.
• Make regular property inspections & use checklist for monitoring status
• Assign corrective maintenance work for technicians
• Prepare work orders for the technicians’ daily jobs
• Coordinate with subcontractors for obtaining proper service
• Provide work permits to subcontractors
• Coordinates with clients representatives
• Receive the materials, check the quality of materials delivered
• Preparing daily reports & customer service reports
