: Responsible for RFIT, NCR, SON & STP

• Monitoring and Witnesses the Soil Compaction Test, Nuclear Test, Moisture Test, Painting Test, Traffic Coating Test, Epoxy Paint Test, Pullout Test, Concrete Test, Waterproofing Test.
• Organization manpower and equipment allocating based on site scheduled to comply with the requirements. Optimized manpower, equipment and materials allocation and ensure no material are wasted on assigned site follow up the review drawings and monitor site progress, Ensures construction work of assigned project is implemented within budgeted time, cost and quality standards on assignment site coordination with the QA/QC Department to inspect and testing report to the site manager in relation to the health, safety and environmental protector activities, maintain and quality of workmanship at site, lead a group of building subcontractor and labor and local supplies preparing of monthly progress report and materials statements and senior management.
• Directly responsible for reviewing documents pertaining to QA/QC. ITP, Checklist, Forms, Method Statements, Test Plan.
• Preparation and issuance of NCR reports and the field of trouble report together attend quality audit meeting.
• Review for approval supplier and also contractor inspection report
• Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
• To ensure the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Finishing work the verticality alignment checking in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block, plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, doors, windows, ceiling and light fittings.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
• To Review Method Statements, Specification, MDS and MT, Shop Drawing..
• Submit monthly/weekly QA/QC report.
• Direct reporting to QA/QC Manager.
• Responsible for ITP, RFIT, MIR, WIR, NCR, SON/ QA and QC.

Responsible in Daily Reporting of the Projects
(High-rise Building)

• Coordinate to Main Contractor and Sub Contractors for implementation of work schedule and daily activities on site.
• To check submittal drawing & materials.
• To inspect the drawing on site as per actual Implementation.
• To review materials delivered (MDS), to site for conformance with approved samples.
• To check that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies to RE.
• To prepare daily report and maintain records of inspection on site, and samples performed work executed. And progress of work.
• And be sure the safety procedure on site, report any concerns to the senior.
• To check final Mock-Up on site as per approved by the client (QF, QP) Qatar Foundation, and Qatar petroleum, as per comments by the client.
• To Review Method Statements, Specification, MDS, MT,
• Architectural activities comply with technical drawing and specification.
• Prepares weekly inspection and progress report.
• To handle Architectural / Civil scope of work/service orders for construction building.
• Coordinate with other project site Supervisor, Engineer, Foreman and lead man.
• Conduct Surprise inspection for quality workmanship of building. especially finishing. touches.
• Prepare accomplishment report after the day to day activities and regularly reported to the Resident Engineer regarding work progress and actual site condition.
• Daily inspection site together w/ RFIT. Comments as per workmanship done on site.
• Daily Responsibelities for SDR, NCN. on site.
