Setting and developing exclusive sales force in addition to promoting and setting agencies. Dealing with International / Regional Brokers. Also I am responsible to prepare annual budget and discuss the Annual Sales Plan with all branch managers in relation to sales force, agencies and brokers. My function includes recruiting, training and managing relation with all sales team members. I am also in charge of setting the CRM department and designing new innovative products.
Following up on the day to day operations of the branch. Ensuring proper underwriting, settlement of claims and collection of recoveries. Improving the capabilities of the branch staff members. Enhances sales and ensures efficient
collection of premiums.
My main mission is to manage a team of Re-Insurance Underwriters handling property and engineering accounts for many insurance company in UAE, Egypt, Oman, Syria, Jordan. My target is to develop our business via our partners and new insurance companies after setting a complete marketing and action plan.
My main mission was to set our Marketing Strategy and Action Plan in order to reach agreed on targets. In parallel I have a task to create and manage a new exclusive sales force and a new sub-department dedicated to elaborate new business settlement with Brokers.
Handling all non life sales activity and product development.My main task is to manage our sales force (agents, brokers, agency&) in order to achieve fixed targets. In parallel I have to create and execute a marketing plan.
I'm responsible of developing non life portfolio at Allianz-SNA from marketing to underwriting and technical support. I do risk management for them, evaluate contracts and negotiate rates with reinsurers and underwriters. Also another aspect of my job is to develop new insurance products tailor made to a specific client profile or corporate business.
I established a consultancy company for insurance and engineering services. During that period we made several feasibility studies for major project: UNIFERT, ARCADIUM AWARDS and finally BEIRUT RIVER SHOPPING MALL which will cover the river for a distance of 9km long. Also we managed insurance portfolio for companies and individuals.
Branch manager for Lebanon-Syria-Cyprus-Tunisia and on later stage I was branch manager of Dubai. My main task was to monitor sales and give engineering technical support for ongoing projects. Major projects executed LIBAN LAIT farms and SUKOMI factory.
Auditing construction sites as well as re-engineering all internal procedures between different departments and reorganizing them in order to resolve conflicts.
I handled many construction sites. The most important was Hospital St Georges.
