•Overseeing, providing management support and follow-up to all activities within CGH.
•Sets Group Yearly Budget in coordination with HOD;
•Prepares & presents to CEO jointly with admin and finance quarterly financial and activities reports and forecasts, and appropriate analysis and recommendations
•Handles any Project allocated by CEO by defining general strategy, Action Plan, Milestones and Internal/External Resources
