•Proposes Group Strategy and presents it to the Board for discussion, approval and translates it into short and long term Corporate (Group) Objectives
•Follows up with internal & external stakeholders on the implementation of the Corporate Vision & Strategy by cascading down the Objectives
•Responsible of the definition, challenge, implementation and follow-up of the PMDP of his/her subordinates
•Collaborates with Head of Departments (HOD) and supervises them on aligning Corporate Strategy with every day operation by coordinating all internal efforts, activities, and resources to realize Group’s Objectives and maximize productivity and revenues.
•Overseeing, providing management support and follow-up to all activities within CGH.
•Sets Group Yearly Budget in coordination with HOD;
•Prepares & presents to CEO jointly with admin and finance quarterly financial and activities reports and forecasts, and appropriate analysis and recommendations
•Handles any Project allocated by CEO by defining general strategy, Action Plan, Milestones and Internal/External Resources

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all ClinGroup Holding (CGH) services/products for appropriate cross-sell opportunities
- Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified potential new and/or existing Customers/Accounts
- Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan worldwide for his own targets and all sales team ones
- Identify and analyze potential opportunities and develop detailed business plans and sales strategies for each customer in liaison with team then CEO ultimate strategic approval. Monitor actions and results against plans for all CGH projects
