• Was part of major projects implemented by the EcoSec Team:
o Lebanese Vulnerability Census: LVC is a data collection initiative, lunched by the Lebanese Red Cross - DM Sector, aimed at identifying areas of critical concern across all Lebanese territories. It focuses on gathering information necessary for tailoring interventions according to the specific needs of the Lebanese population. This census is crucial for understanding and addressing various vulnerabilities within the country, thereby enabling more effective and targeted support. I played a major role in the development of the Multi-Sector Needs Assessment, the scoring methodology MPI (Multi-poverty Index) and the dashboard to show the major insights and findings.
o In the Emergency Wheat Supply Response project, a collaboration between the LRC, World Bank, and the Ministry of Economy & Trade (MoET), I played a leading role. My responsibilities were crucial in monitoring the pricing of white bread in both downstream and upstream segments as the World Bank subsidized the wheat supply. My contributions included designing surveys, liaising with the World Bank and MoET, coordinating with focal volunteers from support centers, and developing a comprehensive PowerBI dashboard, which was integral to our report writing and project success.
o In various cash and livelihood projects, I played a dynamic role in supporting my team through multiple phases of implementation. My responsibilities ranged from developing comprehensive surveys to aiding in the creation of a scoring toolkit, which was instrumental in the effective selection of beneficiaries. My involvement in these projects required adaptability, technical skills, and a keen understanding of our project goals, ensuring efficient and targeted support to those in need.

Working as an IT officer at Deloitte, I handled many tasks in addition to my regional role in the middle east IT team, of which I mention:
• IT support for more than 180 employees, across 2 offices, that included: Installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software; Preparing laptops and repairing hardware problems; Responding in a timely manner to service issues and tickets raised.
• Maintenance, configuration and troubleshoot of different network devices like servers, switches, routers and printers. Ensuring the whole network infrastructure is running at all times.
• Ensuring all workstations and devices are compliant with the standards set by the Global MF using PowerBI. Also, assets management on the ServiceNow platform.
