• Contacting and negotiating with local and international suppliers.Placing raw materials orders, archiving coordinating and planning with the production department for deliveries.
• Setting a warehouse system for both raw materials and finished products and establish a coding system for both, in accordance with accounting and related departments.
• Managing the warehouse, inventory checking includes both raw materials and finished products and ensuring the delivery of orders.
• Issuing and archiving a technical sheet for prototypes covering all raw materials, accessories and time consumption.
• Obtaining overall costing.
• Preparing fabric catalogue for each collection.
• Manage and oversee the timely flow of multiple projects from conception through completion in the department's work queue.
• Follow up to ensure project goals are being met, and provide direction and insightful solutions to issues when needed.
• Regularly communicate status of all projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports, and daily updates to leadership.
• Maintain overall quality by proofing all materials prior to routing and release.
• Obtain necessary approvals from required departments during the internal approval process.
• Update and maintain consistency within project files.
