• Ensure the Performance Management principles are fully understood and embedded within the organization by providing staff with guidance on each phase of the process (Outcome Setting, Mid-Year Review, and Year-End Review).

• Worked closely with the team to ensure timely resolution of any customer complaint by investigating and validating the complaints with the concerned departments.
