Conducts and administers fiscal operations including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and
coordinating financial reporting. Daily check the private admitted patient list, update the recovery record / ward visit / issuance of notice slips and recover the amount according to the commitment at the time of admission or days before issuing the notice slip and outstanding of running bill.
Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing. Maintains communication among governing boards, medical staff, and Oracle Microsoft Office department heads by attending meetings and coordinating interdepartmental
functioning. With the help of other departmental coordinators, managers, and heads monitors the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assesses the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.
Provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Assist with the review of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
