Logistics Support Services (Feb.2022 - Till now) Duties:
• Prepared contracts, Receiving and purchase orders and transportation services.
• Prepared invoices for payment and distribution management.
• Entered and maintained purchase orders for sub-awards in consultation with the Contracts department.
• Established and maintained professional working relationships with vendors.
• Tracked movement of shipments from supplier to destination and Order processing.
• Daily Working on WMS (warehouse management system) System.
• Maintain WH Stock, Match QTY between the System actual stocks and finalize the transaction on the system.
• Arrange ASN (Advanced shipping notice) Normal, promotional packing, transfer and return.

Duties:
• Daily Working on WMS (warehouse management system) System.
• Daily Working on GP (Microsoft Dynamics GP).
• Day by day dealing with KPI (Key Performance Indicator) System.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock.
• Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; process orders for shipment.
• Prepare and release the cycle count task and post tasks, solve the issues and count external Warehouses.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Follow up the 3PL transaction.
• Arrange ASN (Advanced shipping notice) Normal, promotional packing, transfer and return.
• Arrange the Batch order for waves once been received.
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
• Tracking the tasks to be finalized, make the priority to the tasks, shipped, and closed to integrate to GP.
• Maintain WH Stock, Match QTY between the System actual stocks, finalize the transaction on the system.
• Nurture positive relationships with suppliers.
