Managed by one-self and achieve presence in five countries in the Middle East in less than a year which included a total of eleven boutiques both in-store and online. In addition managed: sales in store/ on-line, public relations, promotions and organizing a media launch event whereby I gained solid managerial skills.
Learning by doing in collaboration with sponsor companies on: a deeper understanding of design and the process leading to it, different research methodologies, validity and reliability tests, supporting evidences, application scenarios, enhancing user experiences through designing services that all lead to lifelong innovative businesses. This approach is applied to manage brands, products, services and businesses; also start ups, to create and/or enhance market share.
