•Presently working as shift technician in barmill at Emirates steel, Abudhabi.
•Having good working experience with the SIMOVERT MD LV Drives (SIEMENS MAKE DRIVE PANELS).
•Having knowledge of SIMATIC MANAGER& WINCC (PCS .Hardwiring and communication with profibus, input interfacing, CFC programming. Trouble shooting of RIO & PLC panels.
•Trouble shooting and maintenance of field instruments (Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitters, Flow switches, Pressure Switch)&field devices (HMD, CMD, Proximity, Limit Switches Sensors).
•Having knowledge of operational interlocks and maintenance of different fluid systems (HYDRAULICS, LUBRICATION, ICW&DCW systems of ROLLING MILL).
•Attending all breakdown activities and trouble shooting of Hot-area Drives, Motors, Transformers, MPP, MCC, PCC and other auxiliaries in Shifts.
Working as shift electrical technician handling all job responsibilities in barmill & Wire Rod mill
Worked on all Engineering activities of Electrical & Automationfor 2.5-Meter Plate Mill Project of NAMCO Steels at Khopoli, Maharashtra.
•Co-Ordination with technology suppliers and consultant. Checking of BOM, Control logic diagrams, Termination Details, Cable Schedules and Cable tray networking.
•Coordination with civil and mechanical department for feasibility of foundation layouts of different electrical equipments.
•Worked as shift Incharge for Electrical dept where looked after trouble shooting and continuous monitoring of whole mill Drives, Trafo, Motors and Auxiliaries.
•Operation and maintenance of 10MW Synchronous motors.
•Attending all breakdown activities and trouble shooting of Hot-area Drives, Motors, Transformers, MPP, MCC, PCC and other auxiliaries in Shifts.
•During shutdown, Isolate and energies LV and HV motors and electrical panels and accept electrical permit to work.
•Carrying out the preventive maintenance based on work orders of all electrical equipments.
•Handling shutdown activities and ensure timely completion of job activities.
•Conducting toolbox and work directions for technicians for safety operation and maintenance of man and machine.
•Proper planning of spares for MV Drive, Auxiliary panels and Main Mill Motor.
