- Consecutive translation in the meetings and at negotiations (English-Russian; Chinese-English; Chinese-Russian, both with counterparties and within the company): banking (financing, cash management, deposits, letters of credit, etc.), taxation, legal issues, commerce, technical translation, IT (mining software);
- Simultaneous interpretation (Russian-English) in the meetings with over 10 participants; semi simultaneous “written” translation (by messages);
- Translation of analytical reports on coal from Chinese into English and Russian.
- Translation and drafting of different types of bilateral agreements (service agreements, purchase and sale agreements, etc.), technical requirements, and statutory documents: Chinese, English, and Russian languages;
- Preparation of analytic notes (both in English and Russian) for the chief executives when providing the translation of tax legislation documents, guides and presentations;
- Translation of news materials (finance) from English for the chief executives of the company;
- Translation and writing summaries of various consultation documents, laws and other related documents (Chinese and English);
- Approval of bilateral agreements in the company’s document management system;
- Proofreading of already translated contracts, legal documents (English and Chinese) and analytical reports (Russian);
- Translation of the presentations templates (Russian-English), amendments in design required for a comprehensive and easy understanding of the information given;
- Preparation of analytical materials on companies-rivals and potential customers (IT, mining software);
- Translation of bills of lading, invoices, and other documents required for payments and the execution of shipping.
- Translation of financial articles, news materials from English into Chinese and news letters from Russian into English for the chief executives of the Company on a regular basis;
- Edited the Chinese version of the Company’s website in a short time;
- Translated a decent number of legal documents from English into Chinese;
- Performed Customer interaction and acquisition (Oceania: Australia and New Zealand; Asia: China; Singapore; South Korea; Japan; Philippines; European countries)
- Consecutive and simultaneous translation at the events and exhibitions: art-festival (ARTLIFE Fest held by 'Artlife Online-Academy'). The translation of the speech of Blair Breitenstein (the worldwide known fashion illustrator) . Consecutive translation (the public talk format) of her interview with Vogue Russia.
- Consecutive translation of the presentation launched by 'Segway-Ninebot' in Russia (the Speakers - Vice-President Echo Xiao and the Sales Director - John Peng); provided the localization and translation of the presentation slides.
- Interpreting at exhibitions (Chinese-English-Russian), translating at negotiations (three languages: Chinese, Russian, English), assisting in finding the most suitable decisions considering the desires of both Parties.
- Coordinating with sellers and key partners from China and South Korea in the framework of their cooperation with the My.com Platform (including the support in ERP system integration and further working process; solving the problems occurred while the work conducted etc.);
- Generation and implementation of the idea of conducting the webinars for the sellers (including the materials and presentations preparation);
- Financial control of sellers' functioning;
- The translation of required documentation from Russian into Chinese and English.
