Actively involved in the commercial aspects of the project to facilitate the achievement of demanding deadlines, enabling the project completion till provisional acceptance
Specifically responsible for the development and execution of a low-cost but efficient commissioning program
Providing a prompt and appropriate response to unforeseen process, mechanical, and electrical design problems including making innovative decisions
Successfully developing a range of methodologies to effectively progress while construction and contractual aspects are still under debate
Additionally developing and testing equipments control and to facilitate the achievement of operational functionality
Responsible for the de-commissioning, demolition of the Viesgo Central Termica Bahia de Algeciras and the construction and commissioning of the new combined cycle power station (800MW) in the same premises in Algeciras - Spain
Re-commissioning of a thermal unit (130MW) in Marafiq power station in Yanbu - KSA
Responsible for the development and execution of an efficient and tight, commissioning program to facilitate the achievement of demanding deadlines, for a multi-billion USD Power and Water Plant project (830MW and 60MIGD) in Ras Laffan - Qatar
Resposible for the development and execution of a low-cost but efficient commissioning program for the combined cycle power plant project of MEW CCPP (720MW) in Al Hidd II - Bahrain
