Creditors reconciliations for all creditors on weekly basis for
major creditors both local and foreign and clear all differences
if any.
Fiscalising debtors invoice in PASTEL through the Revenue Authority
system.
Request statements from the supplier.
Petty cash management. This include posting of petty cash
transactions.
Ensuring that all paper work is in place before payments are
made.
Compiling the VAT file with Input tax, Output tax, withholding
tax and Bills of entry if any.
Posting creditors invoices.
Perform all duties as assigned by the Finance Director as well as
the Executive Director.
Requesting tax clearances and PRAZ Certificates from suppliers
and ensuring that invoices are compliant with Revenue Authority standards
so that they may be claimable under input and income tax
