Job Summary as Supervisor
Responsible for coaching and managing a team of agents, supporting operations and coordinating with other organizational divisions and management as needed.
• Detailed Duties and Responsibilities as Supervisor:
Mentoring and Coaching
1. Conducts counselling and coaching sessions with agents regularly.
2. Submits recommendations for positive/disciplinary actions to the Manager - Call Center.
Team Management
1. Conducts performance and evaluation of Reservation Agents in a periodic basis.
2. Ensure agent’s adherence to duty schedule (attendance, beaks, etc.)
3. Provides technical guidance and ensure that agents possess proper and updated information
Coordination with Operation Support
1. Coordinates with other organizational divisions (Revenue Management, Sales Airport Services, Guest Services) regarding guests needs or requests.
2. Recommends changes in the Call Center handling Procedure on the basis of evaluating results and competitive developments.
Management Support
1. Assist HR in recruitment function by conducting applicant interviews.
2. Performs other function as may be assigned by the Manager - Call Center.
3. Attends meetings and functions where presence is required.
Performs office support and administrative activities for multiple supervisors in the organization. Duties include receiving and directing visitors, fielding telephone calls and word processing. Compile, copy, sort and file record of office activities business transactions, and other activities. Deals with clients’ inquiries or complaints by phone and email. Assists in the training of Call Center team members. Capable of communicating to foreign guest such as Koreans, Chinese, Japanese & other nationalities.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities of a Reservations Officer
1. Answer calls and provide guests with information on flight schedule, availability and fare quotation
2. Accept flight reservations and record it into the reservations system
3. Provides information on Special Handling requirements and accept information for inclusion in the PNR for Airport Services appropriate action
4. Promotes other 5J products such as EMOTO, Payment Centers, etc.
5. Finalize reservations at point of booking
6. Calls out guests affected by flight disruptions, as assigned
7. Prepares sales report as assigned
8. Handles on - line transaction support, as assigned
9. Accomplishes other tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader
10. Coordinates with Airport Services Department regarding copies of Travel Voucher Summary Reports, as assigned
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities of an Online Tutor
1. Teaches English to kids and adults thru online
2. Makes personalized modules for the student depending on level of knowledge of the student
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant
1. Assists the Secretary and HRMO Personnel in any admin tasks
2. Makes faculty and admin employee’s ID
3. Disseminates memo the whole University
4. Encodes faculty evaluations
5. Prepares HRMO facilitated training materials for the faculty and admin employees
6. Sorts and files employees and faculty files.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant
1. Assists the Secretary and the Dean of College in any admin tasks
2. Encodes exams and modules for the faculty
3. Decorates the office every time there is an occasion
4. Distributes student assessments and grades
5. Sorts and files faculty and students’ files.
