• Coordinate with the main Contractor regarding Materials and drawings needed on
the project.
• Check status progress of the project
• Furnish drawings like detailing of joinery and fit out works
• Submit daily and summary report to the project manager
• Coordinate with the consultant regarding approval of shop and mock up drawings.
• Attend Progress Meeting in a weekly basis with Main contractor
• Coordinate with the production regarding approved drawings to be delivered to
the main site/project.
• Issue Cut Lists based on approved shop drawings to be executed in the site.
• Raise RFI ( Request For Information ) to the main Consultant whenever there is
discrepancies found on ID Drawings.
• Request for clarification and confirmation of all materials needed that requires
approval from Consultant.
• Monitor and reporting the progressive status of the whole project within the scope.
