 Serving as the primary accountable local representative; ensuring that shipments and receipts of all program assets are done lawfully and in compliance with all international trade regulations.
 Maintaining all data relevant to mission equipment, supporting C-12 aviation equipment and repair parts.
 Facilitating cooperative interactions with site management, intra-theatre and CONUS staff with timely shipping items between overseas and stateside locations.

 Maintaining 100% accountability of all program assets through 100% annual inventory as well as receiving and maintaining inventories property and material from vendors, customers, and other contractors.
 Managing government property control records and ensuring consumable supplies are maintained to provide constant support to the program.
 Updating government and corporate property hand-receipts with asset location changes immediately.
 Reporting loss, damage or destroyed Government property.
 Preparing all requests, DRMO/S turn-ins and hand receipt transfers in accordance with corporate policies and governing regulations.

 Effectively implemented project management tools while managing projects as well as preparing, organizing, and managing program briefings.
 Regularly interacted with contracting officer representatives, contracting officers, and customers on operations-related matters.
 Conducted quarterly review and feedback sessions while providing necessary information to senior level management on the program’s effectiveness.
 Responsible for ensuring health, welfare, and safety of 262 employees at work site while effectively supervising seven managers who were responsible for providing ammunition support within the central command’s operational area.
 Instrumental in establishing quality management program in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and ISO 9001:2008 requirements; also guided and directed quality managers on development and implementation of quality policy, procedures, and work instructions.
 Successful in ensuring team’s compliance with DCMA and COR audits as well as assisting quality manager in taking corrective actions for customers.
