Serving as HDX-C technician and operating and maintaining SL-100 multifunction switch, remotely dialing in to resolve maintenance issues and restore systems.

Responsible for coordination of voice carrier maintenance, voice traffic as well as ensuring proactive network monitoring of all systems in tech control centers.
Enabled monitoring and repair maintenance for managed modems, 5E, and voice platforms.
Supported continual improvement of the network, switches, and MTTR for customer quality.
Facilitated expert IT support to internal and external end users within the network.
