 Serving as HDX-C technician and operating and maintaining SL-100 multifunction switch, remotely dialing in to resolve maintenance issues and restore systems.
 Actively performing all service orders (SEVORD) on the switch.
 Responsible for overall telephone systems administration, operations, maintenance, and services as per the OEM manual.
 Executing required troubleshooting of the switch and ancillary devices to rectify issues; executing mechanical or programming tasks and/or parts replacement required to store service.
 Enabling patch programming changes, and telephones prefix and area code updates.
 Accountable for installation, testing, and repair of the IGX tactical communication package (TCP).
 Managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the communication lines, trunks, cabling, and switching systems associated with the IGX, HDX-C as well as of systems, modules, cabinets, processors, circuit cards, power supplies, peripheral, and ancillary equipment to include cabling, wiring, plugs, and adapters.
