Working as Agile scrum master handling agile project of Application Portfolio Management in IF &IS - Workplace Services . Agile Master for 2 squads with a total count of 16 members and help team in agile transformation 5 years back. About me squads my first squad is into IT application packaging and engineering and the second squad is into Central application ownership they are the one who are the owners of different application used in Allianz virtual client & AMC . We support all the reagions EU, NA and APAC. As a Scrum master is also work with stake holders in finalising OKR for platforms .
Also supporting team as SME in OE onboarding for EMS and handling application vulnerability of all regions ( EU, NA and APAC)
Vendor Management - Negotiations, Purchases, Proposal preparations,
submissions, e-Tendering & Purchase Orders collections
• Ensuring delivery of products in time and collection of payments
• Asset & License Management of clients using internal tools
• Records information about sales accounts and enters it into the system
and runs reports for sales personnel as needed
• Facilitates the sharing of critical information including team
correspondence,
meetings, and customer account related developments
• Acts as liaison between the customer, dealers, and accounting
department for their assigned Sales team to receive accurate and timely
information
