Sanbook Quality Consultancy is a multi-disciplinary and professionally managed by Dr.Sunil. SQC
was established in Dubai (U.A.E) who’s focus is on Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
Management System in various fields like oil and gas, petroleum and petrochemical, construction,
food industry, hospitality industry, manufacturing service industry, governmental sectors etc.
Focus Area: Quality Management System Design and Implementation
I underwent intense training in quality standards such as ISO 9001:2008(QMS), OHSAS 18001,
ISO17025 and ISO14001 (EMS) as well as performed audits in companies certified by Sanbook.
* Was designated to create Quality Manual & Forms for various companies of different backgrounds.
* Standard implementation in the clients facility
* I also had hands on experience in various document preparations and preparing manuals, forms and
procedures for companies with different scopes.
* Report making for:
 Stage 1 & 2 audits.
 Surveillance audits.
 Non conformity reports (NCR)
* Preparation of Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
* Was a part of well experienced & approved auditors actively played major roles in conducting variety
of Audits in various Standards namely QMS, OHSAS, EVS, Etc

GULF METAL FOUNDRY (LLC), is a part of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, which is one of the leading
business houses in the UAE also specialized in the manufacture of Valve Component Castings - Gate
Valves, Check Valves, Globe Valves, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves and Pressure Seal Valves for Petro-
Chemical Industries, Power Generation, Well Head equipment’s.

 Had wide hands on experience in the various production areas such as:
* Machining processes

Focus Area: Quality assurance & quality control
 This was the major area where the cast is checked for internal as well as external flaws and I had
a good exposure on various areas such as:
* Visual inspection
* Liquid penetrant testing
* Magnetic particle(Electrode method)
* Radiography and film interpretation
Cutech Solutions India Private Limited, Chennai (From Aug to Oct 2013 & Jan to march 2014)
Designation: Quality Trainee (Intern)
Cutech is a diversified and rapidly expanding Engineering Company based in Singapore. Who
offers wide range of Services & Products to Industrial, Commercial & Government Clients
across Petrochemical, Process, Oil & Gas, Marine, Cement and Power Sectors. Cutech has its
presence in the complete life cycle of products in various sectors ranging from engineering,
procurement, construction, inspection, testing, commissioning, installation, asset management
services, Maintenance and Monitoring.
Focus Area: QA/QC
Was designated to check weldments and various castings with hands own experience after
through training from well experienced professionals. Was also designated to prepare test procedures
according to the type of NDT to be performed.
* Types of tests to be performed :
 Liquid penetrant test (Solvent type) on weldments and parent metals of carbon steel in
accordance with ASNT standards and procedures. Tests were performed on various
valves castings also.
 Magnetic particle testing was also performed on weldments and parent metals using both
wet and dry method. In this yolk method was performed but was also trained in rod
method.
 Ultrasonic testing mainly applied in weldments of butt weld and T joints. Olympus and
Modsonic Einstein II were the equipment in which I was very well trained and
was able to carry out the tests successfully.
* Was also assigned to interpret the faults, the final report had to be made and reported for
Verification by the QA in charge.
