Responding to investigating accident / incident documenting all information and processing all necessary report.

Assissting the safety manager with the operating function of safety department: conducting documenting, post accident, safety audit and meeting

Responsible in implementing safety procedure and regulation.
developing fire accident prevention procedure.
conduct weekly tool box talk meeting at site.
conduct random inspection for all portable electrical equipment PPE.
coordinate TO HSE team leader on all issue arising on workplace area.

Reports directly to the HSE Manager and administers HSE Program and provides advice on:
• Prevention on injury to personnel, damage to property and fire.
• Provision and use of protective clothing and equipment.
• Suitable from the safety viewpoint, new hired equipment.

Keep HSE Manager advised as required on safety activities and related matters in his area of responsibilities.
Conducts regular site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation and that Health, Safety and Environment is properly maintained.
Investigates accidents and determines the causes of any accident or dangerous occurrences and recommends means of preventing recurrence.
Conducts HSE briefing / orientation of newly hired employees and assists in training employee at all levels.

 Conducts periodic HSE meetings and attend job / project progress meetings where HSE is an item on the agenda. Reports on job HSE performances.
Has authority to immediately STOP any segment of work or in some cases, the entire operation whenever he deems it unsafe, and immediately refer this matter to the HSE Manager for rectification.
Ensuring that all non- routine and potentially hazardous routine jobs are carried out under Permit to Work System with associated Complimentary Certificates.
Performs other duties as may be assign to him by HSE manager.

Assist Management in developing “Safety Policy”. Ensure that it is communicated down the level
And understood by all.

 Advise Management on the contractual / local and International law requirements / regulations for Health,
Safety and Environment. Advise on any modifications to safety requirements and be vigilant on ways and
means to improve existing work method promoting safety.

 Incorporating the safety requirements in all the method statements before it is submitted to the client
and other concerned department.

Display commitment to the colleagues on a regular basis by addressing the unsafe observations noticed
during his site visits.

Provide for the necessary resources required for the implementation of the site safety plan.
