Ensures that new products and/or changes are properly assessed for potential risks related to food safety and quality and mitigation plans are properly complied prior implementation of project/change. Conducts change validation/verification activities to ensure that agreed success criteria are met using scientific method, statistical analysis and review of relevant production records to ensure the integrity of the food safety and quality system is maintained
Ensures that projects and changes that will be introduced in the processing line are properly assessed based on food safety, regulatory and quality requirements set by the organization. Creates quality plan for new product/process including its corresponding monitoring forms and cascade these to the pertinent personnel in he processing of new product. Evaluates performance of implemented change through verification activities which includes data analysis to generate sound and scientific conclusion to help to further improve the process in line with the implemented change.
Responsible in ensuring that laboratory activities are properly and timely carried-out to ensure that finished goods comply with specification set by the organization and customer. Coordinates with the customer in aligning laboratory methods, specifications and other parameters related to the release of the finished goods to prevent potential rejection.
Responsible in the ensuring compliance of raw materials and finished goods to food safety and quality requirements prior release to the succeeding step in the supply chain. Involves in the commissioning of new laboratory equipment to qualify its suitability to the requirements of the laboratory test methodology including creation of appropriate work instructions and internal control program.
Ensures consistent compliance of products and its processes to the quality requirements set by the organization through evaluation and review of daily/weekly reports provided by QA/QC personnel which includes, aside from test results, incidents that could be of quality importance. Oversees the over-all laboratory activities from personnel schedule, material inventory procurement of new equipment and document control. Coordinates quality-related issues to the
organization in order to build appropriate correction and corrective action.
Responsible in conducting compliance of finished goods to set specifications through conduct of pertinent laboratory analysis and monitoring of processing line to critical processing parameters as defined in the quality plan. Performs internal control of equipment to ensure reliability. Handles non-conforming items and materials until final disposition. Conducts cleaning and santation audit as part of pre-start up activities. Performs raw and packaging material inspection prior acceptance.
