• Advise employees on work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters and organize employee welfare services such as canteens, first aid, superannuation and social activities.
• Reviews Daman yearly invoices.
• Responsible for distribute Daman Cards.
• Handle all Disciplinary action/ grievances and any complain reported to HR.
• Update CEO with the disciplinary hearing decision.
• Handle the team during Head of ER & CS absents.
• Participate in implementing Employee & Management Self Services Project.
• Process monthly Payroll through SAP system.
