Project: Fairmont Hotel and Service Apartments
Key Responsibilities Area:
Provide due diligence visual survey reports on Electrical systems.
Verify systems status and remaining works required for the completion and handover of the project on all the electrical systems through reporting and submitted to the client.
Prepare method statements for all the electrical related work and systems.
Prepares and submit Material Inspection Request for the delivered items for consultant approval.
To ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used only for construction.
Make internal inspection and after verifying the work done, prepares and submit Work inspection Request (WIR) for client/consultant approval.
Oversee the overall rectification works on LV and Electrical rooms in compliance to ADDC comments and to ensure that the installation is on adherence to ADDC regulation and Project specification prior to commencing for ADDC inspection.
Project: Fakeeh University Hospital
Key Responsibilities Area:
Monitor construction activities and do the site surveillance inspection; any deviation or NC’s found issues NCR/SOR to the subcontractor/system owners.
Ensure if work being done is in accordance with project specification, authority regulation, and approved Method Statement & shop drawings.
To ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used only for construction.
Inspect material delivered on site to ascertain their compliance with the project specifications and to determine its acceptability for the use on the project and prepares MIR for consultant approval.
Make internal inspection and after verifying the work done, prepares and submit Work inspection Request (WIR) for client/consultant approval.
Prepare method statements for all the electrical related work and systems and submit for consultant approval.
Electrical Design: Making of electrical load schedules, Cable sizing, voltage drop calculation, containment selection, cable scheduling & route selection.
Review Electrical shop drawing done by the draughtsman to ensure conformance to design, DEWA regulation and project specification.
Prepare material submittal for all electrical systems i.e., MDB, SMDB, DB, Gen-Set, UPS panels, MCC, CP, Capacitor banks, Harmonic Filter, Wiring accessories, Light fittings, LV cables & wires, containments (tray, trunking & Conduits) and etch. and responsible for the approval of submitted items to the consultant.
Project: Five Hotel, Palm Jumeirah
Key Responsibilities Area
•Responsible for the hand-over of residential rooms, high-end villas and townhouses on the hotel and ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards
•Snagging and De-snagging for all the pending works in all aspects of MEP services in the hotels rooms, Villas and Penthouses. Submit report to client and to coordinate to corresponding teams/contractors to rectify and finished the pending works.
•Prepares a material list of all the items needed for rectification on snags.
•Handling additional project (Penthouse) and responsible for monitoring and implementation of the plan on all electrical related works (lighting system and power), fire alarm system, structured cabling (CCTV, Telephone & WIFI) and gas pipe alarm system.
•Dispatched Technicians as per priority of service calls received of the hand-over residential rooms as a part of DLP/warranty issues.
Key Responsibilities Area
•Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects at Saudi Arabia and UAE.
•Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, approved method statements and project specifications.
•Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
•Handles the complete installation of Beverage producing bottles (PET bottles) machines such as Mono and combi-block blow molding machines, Labeler machine, packaging machine and palletizer machine together with other engineers including testing & commissioning.
•Provide a detailed documentation of all spare parts needed by the customers and coordinate with the office to ensure the right part is delivered.
•Help to train/supervise personnel in order to operate the machine correctly and effectively.
•Conduct repairs and troubleshoot (electro-mechanical) and setting of parameters for machines that are having a problem in the production from the Blow molding machine, filler machine, Labeler machine (SACMI), packaging machine (Dimac) and palletizer machine.
•Explaining technical issues to non- technical people.
•Provide a daily detailed report on the machine performance on its production and the cause of downtime and the repair that has been done when in the site.
Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering with outstanding GPA.
