• Receive and attend site schedule on a daily basis.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with owner, contractor personnel, Engineer representatives, and client.
• Prepares the necessary documents, checklist, and testing instruments or equipment
• Perform daily on-site compliance inspection and reports for conformance to specification, codes and standards.
• Performs Risk Assessment /Analysis on site before carrying out the inspection
• Identify the deviation from the equipment documents such as operational / instructional manual and other technical dossier.
• Coordinates and directs a safe inspection procedure with the maintenance / technician representatives.
• Execute of equipments overall quality examination (visual, functional & other relevant techniques, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Oversight / detect equipment deficiencies, including documentation and tracking non compliance issues to resolution
• Responsible for Review and Approval of inspection results weather equipments are satisfactory compliance with technical specification and standards.
• Preparation and submission of certificate / report that will be issued to the client with respect to Standards & P. O.
• Re-inspect repair based on the disapproved initial or previous inspection report.
• QA and QC Documentation.
