Configuring new Work Station, Laptop & MAC and Printers, and providing support to end users including higher management users.
Coordinating with the Application Support & Development team on ERP related issues, change request, new development as per the
requirement of the user .
Creating new users in Active Directory and assigning email license in Office 365. Providing required access to SharePoint, Shared Drive &
installing the Applications for the new user.
Managing Office 365 Admin portal including all Admin Centre.Add/ Modify new domains under Tenant ID.
Managing network devices Firewall, manageable Switches, Router, Wi-Fi Access points in HO and across all the outlets. Creating and
troubleshooting VPN tunnel between store to Head O ce ensure the uninterrupted data transfer. Enable/restrict ports in Manageable Switch.
Using Cloud Portal to manage the Wi-Fi Accesspoints across the outlets.
Incident management system to ensure the end user get the proper support as per the defined priority within the SLA.
Automating the File transfer in ftp, OneDrive, Outlook and ERP Database using third party software. Also aware the user by triggering email
notification with summary of data transfer. Learning and implementing new technologies that can improve the user e ciency and reduce the
manual intervention.
Creating & Modifying Extension in Avaya PBX System. Assigning Voice Mail and Configuring the IP Phones in remote locations. Providing
International Call Access restricted with password to users.
Managing Backup of Servers, Work Stations and secure the devices using Antivirus with proper monitoring in management console. Also assign
and deploy the security policies from Admin portal.
Maintain to keep all the Software, Domains & Hardware licenses up to date and ensure the renewal and upgrade on time.
Assemble IBM, NCR, Posiflex & EPOS POS machines and Configuring the POS application. Coordinating with Application Support for change
request, development of new module, data integration with Mall Management in POS application. Any mandatory requirement from the
Government must implement within the time limit.
Coordinating with respective department on New Store Opening. Share the Store Layout to contractor with IT requirements and involve the
suppliers for procurement of IT devices and complete the installation of Hardware and Application withing the time limit.
Managing FootafallCam, CCTV, Biometric Device & Audi Mator music device.
