 Obstruction due to Late Declaration of holiday.
 Cost of Repatriation due to hold /Suspension /Release from
the Performance:
a. Visa charges for site staff and work force
b. Air passage for site staff and work force.
c. Notice pay for staff and workers.
 Obstruction due to Adverse Climatic Conditions
 Opportunity cost due to delay of the current project.
 Idling charges for plant, machinery and scaffolding.
