Uploading of photographs on the system according to the given Date of Births and Genders. Scrutinizing
the terms & conditions of the Medical Insurance Policy and feed the system to ensure the accuracy. Once
all the data are upto date with the Insurer’s terms & conditions, the cards will be printed accordingly.
Segregating all the categories as mentioned in the Table of Benefits and the medical policies and feed onto
the system in order to ensure the accuracy of the coverage.
During the period of Team Leader,
I am mainly focusing on
• Scrutinizing Policy Benefit Schedules
• Creation of Plan Products
• Rechecking the policy terms & conditions whether are in order before uploading
• Uploading data on the system as per policy terms
• Attending to all kind of Additions (Enrollments) & Deletions
• Supervising my Staff in order to ensure that the given targets have been achieved by the them
• Delegating the work to my staff
• Checking the card design to ensure whether it’s ok with Payers’ (Insurers) requirements
• Communicating with the Payers (around 10) for the smooth movement of their requirements
• Emailing correspondences with the Payers
• Handling the Premium & Claims Bordereaux for the Payers RI Treaties
• Establishing working relationships/alliances with prominent Payers emphasizing on relationship which is a core for today’s fierce competition prevailing in the insurance industry
• Providing various reports required by the Management as well as the Payers
• Looking after all kinds of Endorsements to the policies.
• Working very closely with my team of around 05 and motivating them in view of achieving the targets
• I have trained the staff of NextCare - Bahrain and proved to be excellent by the Management
• Printing the Medical Cards whenever urgent issues arise
