- Independently led Eurasia regional onboarding into the central Single Transaction View schema, coordinating source-system

- Reduced margin reporting variance from 48% to under 2% via root-cause analysis across landing, curated, and reporting layers;
aligned costing logic with finance requirements and extended cost coverage to concessionaire brands, restoring business trust in

- Defined the KPI and conversion-reporting logic for the unified footfall data product (sensor feeds, AI cameras, POS), giving brand
and regional leadership a single source of truth for traffic and conversion.
- Investigated and resolved critical data quality issues across pipeline layers, partnering with engineering and BI to add validation
checkpoints and protect leadership decision-making.
- In parallel, drove enterprise AI adoption: built Copilot Studio agents including the Vault Training Assistant: self-service support
across 100+ Power BI reports used by 2, 000+ people, deflecting repetitive BI queries and freeing the BI team for higher-value

• Built Alshayas Footfall Data Product from the ground up, integrating sensor feeds, AI cameras, and
POS data into a single enterprise model powering store conversion KPIs across brands and regions.
